High-quality service with rapid availability is essential.

In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, service is supported by a 24/7 dispatch centre, which promptly coordinates service interventions from our service centres in both countries.

Service activities are supported by the logistics centre at our production facility, which provides spare components for repairs as well as support from technicians across various disciplines. In other countries, we cooperate with long-term contractual service partners. Our network of service locations is regularly updated according to the number and distribution of completed projects.
